Custom alternator bracket for Yanmar engines

The mount pictured fits the new Yanmar 4JH4, 3JH4, and 4JH4TE. The kit has all the bracketery needed to front/reverse mount a J180 type alternator. The kit includes the front pulley, all the nuts and bolt along with special turnbuckle belt tension system. This mount specifically fits the Beneteau 43.3 Oceanus and overcomes that boats charge system difficulties. This mount is suitable for engine compartments that have some additional room in front of the engine but no spare room at the side. This mount is built to order and is not returnable. The mount will be made to suit whatever alternator you select. You need to select an alternator capable of having a bi-directional fan because it will have counter rotation to the standard alternator. To be able to accommodate a bi-directional fan you need to select an alternator with an external fan.
