Thanks for stopping by. This is where I get to share some of my knowledge with you about how to design or upgrade your marine electrical system. I needn't tell you that having a safe and functional electrical system is important. I do encourage you to do your project well and follow the code as much as you possibly can. The standards for recreational boating in the US are set by the ABYC. The standards are voluntary and so when dealing with an older boat you sometimes have to do the best you can to try and comply without rebuilding the boat.
