Return Policy

Unopened returns may be made within 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise. Raymarine items are not returnable. A 10% restocking fee applies if box has been opened. Only items in their original condition with all packaging will be accepted. Please call for a return authorization before sending materials, returns without authorization may be refused. Refunds will only be made after materials have been tested and found to be in their original condition. Special orders and custom made items, all 230 volt equipment, and wire orders of cut lengths or not in standard spool sizes, are not returnable.
After 30 days all sales are final. Manufacturers warranties apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. Where free or discounted shipping is offered and the item is returned, we will deduct the actual cost of the original shipping from the refund.
When purchasing batteries please note that the shipping charge you pay may be subsidised and if you return them the amount of the refund will be adjusted to reflect the actual non refundable shipping cost.
