Please contact us before ordering because this is incomplete and you will need to source some extra parts yourself to use this.

This pulley can be used on Balmar 6 series or XT alternators or on an Arco alternator to match the alignment of the Volvo pulley shown in the "Additional Information" tab. It is supplied without any washers. You will need to provide your own 17 mm internal diameter washers, one thick one to go behind it and maybe another thick washer to go inside it too, since the hollow part of the pulley is quite deep. Then you will need either a lock washer or Locktite to ensure the pulley doesn't vibrate loose. The Arco alternator have short threads on the shaft which is why you need a washer to go inside the pulley to prevent the nut bottoming out on the threads before it has secured the pulley.
