Q: Is this the right product to use in a lazarette after our 30-amp 120V shore power breaker to split the power between the boat's AC panel, charger/inverter, hot water heater, and an additional branch circuit? Thanks!

A: This is just the blank box and you can configure it any way you like. All you are getting is the box so you have to buy the cable entry glands, circuit breakers, indicator lights and busbar separately.

If you were to configure this as its own main panel you would at least need a double pole main breaker and to be fully compliant with ABYC it should be an ELCI breaker. You would be better off to start with the 3116 instead. It will come with cable entry glands, a busbar for inside, indicator lights and a double pole ELCI 30 Amp breaker, then you would have three empty slots available for sub circuits.

A: No, it needs the flat rocker breakers. The correct one is 3102100 and yes, you can fit two of them. You can buy it complete with two of those breakers and some additional hardware as p/n 3117

Q: Can this accommodate two blue sea 7269 c-series breakers?

A: No, Those are toggle breakers. This panel is for Flat Rocker type breakers. It accepts A and C Frame breakers. The C Frame are more clunky and work better if you have fatter wires, the A Frame have smaller terminals and work better with smaller wires.
