New design allows the use of Class T fuses for fast acting circuit protection in areas where ignition protection is required.  Class-T fuses are particularly fast acting and have a high interrupt capacity.  This fuse block only holds fuses in the range 110 Amps to 200 Amps

  • For Class-T fuses from 110 Amps to 200 Amps, fuse not included.
  • Max 160 Volts DC.
  • Four stud design provides ample access around connecting stud
  • Terminal stud size for fuse and cable is 1/4"
  • Insulating cover satisfies ABYC/USCG insulation requirements 
  • Cover must be securely snapped in place to make the assembly ignition protected
  • Cover breakouts allow wire access in any direction without compromising ignition protection
  • One-piece stainless flange nuts ensure safe and secure connections UL 94-V0 base resists high heat

Tech Tip

Class-T fuses vary in their physical dimensions.  This block only works with fuses 110 Amps to 200 Amps.  In order to meet its full ratings for continuous duty it needs to be used with 1/0 awg wire outside an engine space or 3/0 awg wire inside an engine space. This is because the wire helps to remove any heat buildup.  For intermittent duty of less than 15 minutes it can be used with 2 awg wire.
