where is the ground on the diagram?

A:
There is no ground shown because the ground does not get switched. All the grounds are permanently connected to each other. The panel itself gets grounded too and the reverse polarity lights need a ground, so it would be a good idea to order a busbar to connect the grounds together

Can this switch handle 2 x 30amp shore to one generator?

A:
No. This only handles two inputs, so one shore and one generator. There is another similar panel, the 8366, which has three inputs.
