VE.Bus firmware version v555 introduces two significant improvements: the most important one for us in the US is for systems combining gensets with Multi and Quattro inverter/chargers. The upgrade improves the charging ability when used with certain gensets.

The Leopard 50’s dual alternators required two Zeus regulators—one for the port alternator and one for the starboard alternator. These regulators were integrated into the Victron system using waterproof NMEA cables and configured through the Zeus app, making setup intuitive and efficient.

We recommend you set up your Victron Cerbo GX on the Victron VRM portal as part of the installation procedure. It only takes a few minutes to set up a VRM account and is easier to do while the instructions are at hand and the installation is all fresh in your mind. Then if you ever need remote support it will be all set up and you will be able to put your Cerbo GX online and share your site.
