Tinned Copper Busbars

Blue Sea Systems tinned copper marine grade busbars for AC and DC use. Light, medium and heavy duty models to suit a wide variety of applications. These are designed for use in the corrosive marine atmosphere and are made of C11000 tin plated copper for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance.  Their insert molded stainless steel studs eliminate the need for a securing nut and their UL 94-90 rated polycarbonate base material can resist high heat.  Stainless steel lock washers or captive star washers are used to keep connectors tight in high vibration environments. The covers all satisfy USCG and ABYC requirements.
