This temperature sensor allows the second channel of the BMV 702 to be used for battery temperature measurement instead of to monitor the voltage of an auxiliary battery. The BMV can store the temperature readings in is historical data store. The sensor is not the same as sensors used in other Victron products so this can only be used with the BMV702 The sensor comes with a short lead which plugs into the circuit board on the shunt.
Note that if you use the second channel to read temperature using this sensor then you cannot also use it do do something else like read the voltage of a second battery. It can only be used for one function and the channel is user programmable.

Q:
Checking compatibility I want to run Victron Phoenix 24/25 Charger along with a BMV-702 Monitor and also Temp Sensor. Is the Temp Sensor for the BMV-702 compatible with the Phoenix 24/25 as spec sheet does not indicate whether or not compatible with this charger and only mentions other chargers?

This sensor is only for the BMV 702 and BMV 712. It includes a fuse because the sensor is also the power supply.
Other Victron products that use temp sensors use the ASS000001000 Victron Energy temp sensor for Quattro, MultiPlus and Venus which does not include a fuse.
