This is a step-down voltage converter with a 24 Volt input and a 12 Volt output. Water resistant to IP 67. The first digit of the IP rating refers to dust and 6 means it is dustproof. The second digit of the IP rating refers to water and 7 means protected against the effects of immersion in water to a depth between 15 cm and 1 meter. This DC-DC converter is completely encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof and ignition protected. Water, oil or dirt will not damage the Orion IP67 DC-DC Converter. The casing is made of cast aluminium and the electronics are moulded in resin. Available in 3 models: Orion IP67 24/12-5, Orion IP67 24/12-10, and Orion IP67 24/12-20

INSTALLATION AND FUSING
1. First connect the minus cables (black) to the minus of the supply and to the minus of the load. Please note that a bad minus connection could result in output overvoltage.
2. Connect the load output (yellow) to the load.
3. Connect the positive input (red) to the supply. The positive input must be protected by a fuse.
Recommended fuse rating:
24/12-5A Fuse rating 4 A
24/12-10A Fuse rating 7.5 A
24/12-20A Fuse rating 15 A
