Universal input voltage battery charger operates on 185-264 volts AC 50/60 Hz or 180-400 Volts DC and produces 24 Volts DC at 100 Amps to a single output with an auxiliary output of 4 Amps. This is Victron Energy model number SDTG2401003. The correct remote panel to go with this charger is the SDRPSKC

Q: Can the skyla be controlled by a Li bms... my install has the skyla as a back up to a pair of Quattro inverters. How should I disconnect charging when batteries are topped. Thank you!

These Skylla chargers have been around for a number of years and were designed before the arrival of Lithium Batteries on the scene. They don't have any built-in integration for a BMS but because they have a remote switch option it should be possible to come up with a way to achieve this, maybe with the addition of a small relay. Here is a bit from the manual that describes the remote switch option.

4.12 Connecting a remote on/off switch
A remote switch can be connected to the charger so the charger can be switched on and off
from a remote location. To operate the switch, first switch the charger on with the on/off
switch located on the charger.
To connect the remote on/off switch:
Disconnect the mains.
Connect the switch in between the “REM” and the “GND” connector.
