In this photo you see the front view of the Arco, which is fitted with a K6 pulley, beside a Balmar XT-170 alternator fitted with a J10 pulley. Notice that the output terminals are different and also notice what a small K6 pulley they have used as standard on the Arco
Here is a comparison photo of the rear view of the Arco alternator beside a Balmar XT-170
This photo shows an alternate way to connect the output cable to the Arco in the event that the terminal hits the engine block. This method involves unscrewing the supplied terminal and connecting directly to the stud it was attached to. Arco's engineers have verified that the plastic cowling around where that lug is placed is cosmetic only, so it could be trimmed to accept a larger lug if required. Arco will cover the warranty with that being trimmed without issues.
