This is the 4" J180 dual foot mount XT Alternator and is fitted with a K6 pulley for a 6 groove serpentine belt. The default pulley on this is the Balmar 51-0051 which also comes with a spacer. This is a special pulley for the newer Volvo engines and has a different alignment than the standard K6 See the "

Built-in backup regulator
The Max Charge regulator is required but not included. The alternator is also available in a kit complete with the regulator and temperature sensors and it is more economical to purchase it that way. This alternator is only available in case ground.
An equivalent one is available from Arco with isolated ground.
The XT-DF4-170-K6 is set up for the newer Volvo's with the K6 technically a K5, but K5 belts can run on a K6 pulley. The pulley proved here by default is the 61-0050 backed by a spacer. The spacer is there to align with the Volvo pulleys and the spacer is there also to build it out enough, so the flat backed pulley does not rub on the front housing.
The spacer part# is MET-0388 it is 1.25" OD x .170" thick
If you want this alternator with a standard K6 pulley you can request it in the order notes at checkout, the standard K6 part number is 61-0070
