This is an isolated DC-DC converter intended for power conditioning. It gives a constant output, isolating the loads from power fluctuations. The nominal input voltage is 24 volts and nominal output voltage is 12 volts but the actual input can vary between 16 and 35 volts. The output is constant and can be adjusted between 10 and 15 volts
Input voltage range 16-35 Volts DC
Output voltage 10-15 Volts DC (user adjustable)
The default output voltage is 12.2 volts and it can be adjusted by turning the potentiometer

Does this unit have a built in diode or does one need to be used to prevent feed back from the battery if the battery is also charged by an alternator?

Current flow through this device is one way, there is no backfeed possible.

No, sorry. In Victron terminology Bluetooth = Smart, so if it doesn't have Smart in the name it isn't Bluetooth.

We recently built our own demo Lithium Ion battery system
and took it to the Annapolis Boat show. We wrote a
Blog Post
to describe the system, the logic behind it, a cost comparison
with conventional batteries, and all the technical details.
We took this display to the Annapolis Boat Show to demo these batteries. The entire system is hooked up to the internet and can be viewed around the world. The state of charge, power consumption, battery voltage and useage statistics are shown on this Victron Color Control GX display and then connected by WiFi to the Victron remote site where anyone can look at it.
