Metstrade is the worlds biggest marine tradeshow and is held annually in Amsterdam each November. These are some new products from Victron Energy. They announce these new products as teasers without any promise as to when they will be available. Usually it takes at least 6 months for them to show up in the US, in a few cases below they have indicated a tentative date.
New SuperPack NG batteries with heaters.

New Battery Management Systems for Lithium NG batteries.
Victron already have a Lynx BMS, a VE Bus BMS, and a Small BMS for these batteries. The new kid on the block is the Smart BMS NG 12/200. Controls the charging current of up to 50 Victron Lithium NG 12.8V batteries from any 12V alternator. Adjustable current limiter; battery protection and combiner. This BMS uses MOSFET switches and is therefore ignition proof.

Smart IP43 Charger – new 48V model
We are excited by this new 48 volt model, A very welcome addition to the Victron range of chargers for 48V systems. A wide input range of 85-250VAC allows these battery chargers to be connected to shore power anywhere in the world. These chargers adapt to fluctuating power – whether from weak grids, generators, or long cable runs. Models having two or three outputs can charge separate battery banks, simultaneously, with a clean and stable output.

Orion XS 12/12-70A battery to battery charger
This is destined to be a best seller and we except them to fly off the shelves as soon as they show up in mid-year. The Orion XS 12/12 70A can be parallel-connected for even more charging power. Orion XS allows you to connect any alternator to any battery. It protects the alternator from Lithium battery high demand. Available with 12V / 24V or mixed 12/24/12 input/output conversion – the 12/12 70A compliments the existing range of high efficiency Orion XS chargers

GlobalLink 530
This will be an upgrade from the GlobalLink 520 because it connects over 4G. The GlobalLink 520 will remain available but the new GlobalLink 530 offers true 4G connection with higher potential speeds and lower latency.

Summary
I didn't cover the new Multi RS 6000 range of inverter chargers because I suspect that initially they will be for 230 volt only. They are high frequency models that will be considerably smaller than the standard models. To read about them or to see the full text of the original go to this Blog Post from Victron Energy
