This is an isolated DC-DC converter intended for power conditioning. Its gives a constant output, isolating the loads from power fluctuations. The nominal input and output voltage is 24 volts but the actual input can vary between 16 and 35 volts. The output is constant and can be adjusted between 10 and 15 volts
