Camper Van from Overland Van Builders
In Frederick Maryland
This Van build came about from a Customer of Carriage Hill Cabinets. They had enjoyed the quality of the woodwork in their home and asked if they could do the same for a Sprinter Van. Doug Fauth and crew readily took up the challenge.
The graphics certainly let you know the Van Owners hobbies pastimes and favorite locations. They are avid bike riders and Kayakers and Jigsaw puzzle players.
Swivel front seats open up the van for seating aour the small table.
The Victron Energy Touch 50 is shown here along with the Multi Control GX which allows you use a knob to control for Shore Power plugins. If you plug in shore power twist the knob and change from 15A to 30A.
Electrical system components
Two Lithium 200 AH batteries are the main electrical storage with a VE Bus BMS
Multiplus 12/3000 for AC production
Cerbo and Touch 50 for system monitoring
Nomadic Cooling 12V air conditioning
Second alternator
Auto start which allows you to start the van run the AC and lock the doors
The rear of the Van includes space for the essential tandem bike and the bed not shown sits above.
Water and hose spicket for cleaning the Bike.
Batteries and Inverter charger and other electrical components are on driver side above wheel well.
