The MPPT controller is a sophisticated way to harvest the maximum power from a solar array. It adjusts its input voltage to the optimal level for maximum power production and decouples the solar array voltage from the battery voltage. The model can accept a maximum 150 Volt input voltage and has a maximum output current of 85 Amps at 12,24,36 or 48 volts
For 12, 24, 36 or 48 volt systems
Max PV Power at 48 Volts: 4900 Watts
Max PV Power at 24 Volts: 2400 Watts
Max PV Power at 12 Volts: 1200 Watts
Outstanding conversion efficiency, max efficiency is 98%
No cooling fan.
Flexible charge algorithm programmable via Bluetooth
Extensive electronic protection
Over-temperature protection and power derating when temperature is high.
PV short circuit and PV reverse polarity protection.
PV reverse current protection.
Internal temperature sensor included, can be networked to an external temp sensor (BMV 712, SmartShunt or Smart Battery Sense)
