This Victron ON/OFF Battery Switch has a 275 Amp rating which is quite low but its 60 volt rating makes it suitable for 48 volt battery systems. It has a unique ergonomic and aesthetic knob design. The knob is removable for isolation or safety purposes. The Battery Switch can be either surface or panel mounted, providing flexibility during install. The Battery Switch meets the ISO8846 Ignition Protection standard and is suitable for use in an engine room.

This Victron ON/OFF Battery Switch is rated for up to 275 Amps is eminently suitable for use in 48 volt battery systems because of its 60 volt rating. This low amp rating means it may not be particularly useful for 12 volt systems.
